What does everyone think of the use of resistance tubes. I think they've gotten a bad rap, but for a workout junkie like me I think they'd be a great addition as something you can use at home for extra workouts, targeting weak areas, muscle activation, increased blood flow, etc. Plus they're the type of stuff T.O uses (granted its in addition to his workout routine), so it can't be all bad. Maybe you all have more ideas on using them or whether or not they're a good investment. This is the set I was thinking of getting: http://www.muscledriverusa.com/vapofikit.html. Would love to hear everyone's thoughts.

Some people use bands to good effect. Good for prehab, rehab, and stretching.

But the best thing for a "workout junkie" is to stop being a damn workout junkie! Don't give your recovery the short shrift.

Bands are good active recovery and explosive movement orientated. That and great for people who travel....as long as you can find ones with enough resistance.
