I seem to always feel full no matter how much or how little I eat. I stick with natural foods like fruits, veggies, chicken, turkey, nuts, etc., yet I always feel bloated after every meal. Could digestive enzymes help this problem of mine or is there another perspective I'm not considering?

Same issue here, although I think my problem is eating too much in one sitting. I've found digestive enzymes to work pretty well, but had even better success avoiding eating fat and carbs in the same meal unless its vegetables (as they play nicely with the rest of the food groups). Usually have little problem when eating fruit alone (which I try to eat on a limited basis) opposed to when combined with other macros.
Hopefully Greg E. can weigh in as I believe he had a similar issue as referenced by a recent post on Robb Wolf's blog. Also noticed (as much as I hate to admit, that nuts don't agree with me very well and usually result in a stomach ache afterwards. But again this is probably due to me eating too much in one sitting:>(

I have a problem with much milk. I like this brand for milk, at least, it's a once/day pill, which is good :)

I can eat meat all day long.....add in excess grains along with high protein and I bloat and want to take a nap. I do better with high carbs and low protein....and high protein low carbs (high fat). I gave up all nuts long ago.....have them on rare occasion but they didn't agree with me. Eat some pineapple with meat, see if that helps digestion.

Keep playing with what and how you eat....your body will tell you what works and what doesn't.
