Felt easy, would of tried more but just did flat and reverse grip bench so i didnt want to curl it if i couldnt press it.

I always cringe at the sight of rev grip bench or press, but damn, that's a lot of weight.

Some say it focuses on the triceps a bit more. One, there are certainly better ways to focus on triceps than by messing up a compound exercise. Two, the worst case scenario is it rolls out of your hands and lands on your face (press) or throat (bench).

The dude in the video here had wraps. I suppose if you're in a position to reverse grip military press 315 for a double, you're not concerned with a glancing blow to the mug.

that guy also hits a 765# DL with no wraps in another video. strong dude. i wanna roll with him hah. no triangles though.
