Listen to the clip of herschel walker talking about how he used to train. Using only dips, pushups, sit-ups, and pullups he used to do thousands of each every day and for those who have never seen even a highlight of Walker, he's one of the most physically imposing specimens to ever play football (kind of like the T.O, David Boston, and Reggie Bush all rolled into one). Would that type of training be overdoing it, or according to Pavel's literature, can be done if built up gradually and without going to exhaustion?
