i am confused with the WODs from 25/27 May. Following lines did confuse me:
Front squat - clean heavy single wt x 2 x 3 or accordingly Back squat - clean single wt x 3 x 3
a heavy single of the c&j should be done in both WODs in question prior to squatting.

here are my problems:

1.1 does that mean that the squat should be at the weight of the clean from the c&j
1.2 or do continiue with the clean when the jerk is finished
2.1 am i supposed to do a clean before every squatting set?
2.2. or should i rack the clean weight
3. quote from the Infosite: "If a load is not specified, notation for sets and reps will be in the reverse order." following this i assume that the load is specified meaning for 25th of may 2 reps for 3 sets

thank you for clearing

1. Use the heaviest clean weight you got to that day as your squat weight

should i clean before each squat set or rack it?

use a rack - the squat's only relation to the clean is its weight
