I normally have a pullup bar, a tree branch, or my rings handy to do pullups, but i've often seen people mention the door pullup if you're at a hotel or something and are just itchin to pull something.
i've never really done them, but i'm at work right now and i was trying to wake myself up so i hopped up on the door. i was curious if these can be used to improve pullup form in a similar fashion as the wall squat. anybody have any opinions?
