Anyone ever read this book? It is available on Clarence Bass's site and a few other places online.
Here is an article from Bass's site about the author:

I was thinking of picking it up, but was curious if anyone else had checked it out.

It looks interesting. Decade of experience there. I like the fact he really cycles his training with periods spent largely outdoors.

...he really cycles his training with periods spent largely outdoors.
That was exactly what piqued my interest. The main priorities of my training are long-term health and maintaining a fitness level that enables to do the things I enjoy, most of which are outdoor sports.
I did a little more digging, and apparently Prof. O'Shea passed away in 2004. But he remained very physically active up until the end of his life. I am always interested in what I can learn from guys like him, and Art DeVany; having that kind of fitness for the long haul is a definite goal of mine.
I was hoping somebody else might have read it, but apparently not. In any case, I will probably pick it up.
