I see talk of this pop up frequently on the Dragondoor forums so I checked out the website (http://www.zhealth.net/what-is-zhealth). As I expected, no secrets revealed unless I part with a sum of cash, but I like the sound of whats being talked about. Has anyone tried this stuff? Specifically the "r-phase/neural warmup"?

I've been to the R-Phase and I-Phase seminars. I love the stuff, I wish it wasn't so pricey and the seminars so many days.
