So here it is. Enough with the excuses I'm going to start posting my eating habits for the world to see and comment.

Little backround:

I'm 70" (5-10) - 189-191lbs

My current training regime is under "Semper Fi Conditioning" in the CA Forums.

Instead of posting every meal I'm just going to edit that post for the day.

Late Breakfast 0900

Cup of Oatmeal
Scoop of Protein powder (30grams)
Handful of trail mix
Handful of grapes

Post Workout Meal 1300

Chicken Breast
Salad w/ Olive Oil & Almonds
4 Strawberries

Snack 1700

Turkey/Ham Sandwich on whole wheat bagel
Handful of seeds/almonds

Dinner 1930

Small Chili from Wendys
Mandarin Chicken Salad w/ almonds and light asian dressing.

Pre Bed-time Snack 2230

5 Prunes
Peanut-butter Sandwich on whole wheat (7 grain )
Protein shake 30grams protein

1000 Late Breakfast...again.

Cup Oatmeal
Scoop Protein (30g)
Grapes/Seeds & Almonds

Snack 1130

5 Prunes

Lunch 1200

6 egg white omlet
1 sliced apple/pear
1 tbsp peanut butter

Post Workout Snack 1400

30g Protein Shake
Peanut butter sandwich on wheat bread

Snack 1530

Turkey Salad w/ olive oil/seeds

Snack 1730

Bacon/Ham Sandwich on Wheat Bagel

Dinner 2030...(cheat meal)

2 slice of pizza

0800 Breakfast

3/4 cup oatmeal w/ 30g protein powder/almonds/strawberries

1030 Snack

30g protein shake/handful almonds/sliced pear

1600 lunch....way too long to go w/o eating...was at church

chicken breast/apple/watermellon/almonds

1800 Dinner

Chicken and Veggis...no fat w/ this meal:mad:

2144 Pre-bedtime snack
Peanut butter bagel w/ protein shake 30g/strawberries

The goal was to eat paleo today...but it didn't happen.

Maybe next time.
