Hello,
I was thinking about switching over to the Catalyst Athletics workouts from Max Mormont's stuff over at Maxfit USA. He does a great job. The reason for the switch? I like the idea of heavy singles, and working heavy more often. Is this the meaning behind heavy single? I thought I read somewhere that it is kind of Bulgarian style? Could someone correct me if I'm wrong? Hope I'm not off my rocker or something. Anyways, does anyone have any opinions or suggestions?
