Yacon Syrup?

Doc G or anybody else familiar with this stuff? im looking for some other safe alternative sweeteners other then stevia. I have some liquid stevia. i found the yacon syrup on some vegetarian site. looks interesting. what other sweeteners are others using other then stevia?

I've used xylitol, which works well but isn't noncaloric.

Casey, if you want the sweet why don't you want to use the natural thing like maple syrup or honey?
