I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but anyway. school is starting up and i don't start class at the same time every day, i go to sleep at the same time but is there any harm in not waking up the same time every day?

It's good to put your body on a schedule though..
Set your circadian rhythms right will lead to less overall stress on your body
