How much more can you guys high bar back squat with good form than you can front squat?

Ive seen some thread on other sites where people are talking about lifting 100 lbs more on back squats!i can probably do it low bar and to parallel, but not full HBBS.i can only do about 30 lbs more before my form breaks down.but i can do about 70 lbs more with really bad form.

There's about a 10kg difference between mine, 160/170.

I have about a 45lb difference, but i've only been doing good heavy fs for about a year, i think it depends a lot on which u focus on.

from wat i've read if everything is good balance wise a BS should be around 15% more then a FS.

I HBBS about 100 more pounds than FS though I'm hoping to get past 250 FS soon. Then again, I never work it really and that's the problem.

In HS it was probably similar to that as well but the BS being 30 pounds lower and the FS being at least 225.

You can check out the spider chart of lifts here:

DVS weighed in that based on looking at charts like these, the FS should be about 85% of the back squat.

My best ever BS: 270; my best FS: 230. Right in line, I guess. Recently, i've BS 250 and FS 210.
