Sorry for the lame post.
I am currently crossfiting and would like to some day follow the CA wods, but i am not at that level with the lifts yet. I was wondering if i could add the lifts before my wods, but at an itro level and what type of rep scheme to use.
any ideas would be awesome.

thats what i did,i worked with a 45 lb bar until i could snatch with what i thought at the time was good form, then i started adding weight and my form gets better every day.
i dont see why you couldnt start doing the wods now if you can do the lifts.you dont need to be at a high level because the weights are always based off of what YOU can lift and not off of an elite athlete.

No reason not to do CA WODs now if you want to; your form will only get better once you actually start doing the lifts regularly.
