Poliquin's supplement site has some snippets of him talking on each product.
The ubermag ones interesting...magnesium orotate is preferentially used by the heart, glycinate goes to muscles....really!? Mmmm. There again i do in fact cycle between zma and mg citrate/zinc separately.
