I saw him do stand up/spoken word many years ago here in SF. It was fantastic.

Hubert Selby Jr.(Last Exit to Brooklyn) opened for him. Hubert pretty much brought the crowd to tears. Very moving.

I've got a bunch of his DVDs and I saw him last year in Sydney.

Him and Bill hicks are about the only two stand up comics cutting enough for me
