Okay I'm going to give Wendler's 5-3-1 program a few months.

Here are my numbers:
Squat-400 lbs
Bench-285 lbs
Deadlift-250 lbs
Military Press-185 lbs

I started today and already screwed things up. I forgot to train at 90% of my max for my squat so I lifted way more weight than I am supposed to. Oh well.
