Is it a Cowboy themed Castro Bar, or more a Leather/Bear/Biker kind of bar?

Perfect timing, bad name...

The universe remains deeply weird.

The carbon end caps are what does it for me...just why?

Does it yell at you and call you a fat f**k too? That would be great motivation.....

Someone needs to market the Fat Fuck Bar...free 'not now, sweetheart' shirt included with every bar.

You don't even have to order the Castro bar. It will simply show up in your gym, interrupt your training program, and leave without providing any positive benefit.

Who came up with the name Castro bar? That sounds queer.

haha... I can't believe this is real! The Castro bar complete with SEAL trident and all... and could the capping be a "solution" to keeping sand out???? That may be a reasonable explanation since this was probably created to market to MIL guys.

I was going to order one but it didn't come bundled 4.54kg bumpers - so screw that modal domain!!!!1one

I just looked at the bar itself. 20kg seems a little optimistic, doesn't it?

You think anyone who buys it could optimistically handle 20kg? That's a lot to ask for the average CF'er.

Sure it isn't "carbon fiber core"?

Seriously. When they're taking a bunch of rad pictures of them lifting barbells with 5 kg bumpers and tearing shit up with PVC pipe. (look up 2 crossfitters, 1 chalk bucket if you don't get it).. 20 kg would kill their CF WOD times to where they'd have to lie when posting their times to comments. Better scale it back.

*snip* tearing s*** up with PVC pipe *snip*

That's funny right there, I don't care who you are.

Before I opened this thread, just looking at the title made me wish it was a candy bar with Zone-friendly proportions made with Molecular Baking™.

Well now they can take a new picture of themselves for the main page doing a shitty OHS and claim to be elite like a navy seal just like castro himself

I too, thought it was a candy bar. One with no nuts. . .or should that be, mostly nuts?

Couldn't possibly be Zone-friendly. It would require way too much HFCS to counter all the bitterness...

This is the only bar that can be transported from one level 1 to the next

Serious. Like a navy seal and olympic gold medalist wrapped in a f'ing suit of body armor.

Who the hell named that bar anyway? Is it a joke or is there a secondary meaning behind it that has nothing to do with "those guys" over at *Fit?
