Incorrect form... floor press is meant to

a) remove leg drive
and
b) be similar to a box squat where you let your arms rest on the floor for a moment..

He's essentially doing a decline press without a bench.

Here's a proper floor press: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zS4tTW7QNCg

I thought the dog showed great form.

I thought the dog showed great form.

the dog did drag his junk across the floor to adequately generate a resistant frictional force. by grinding hard enough, momentum could be reduced, and he could simulate the benefits of box squatting as well. if the dog wanted to forge elite fitness though, he would have to increase intensity in broader modal domains. although junk grinding is only one of many important physical tasks, the dog must show proficiency in a wide range of functional movements to be considered a great athlete.

Hence the reason for a bench elevated off the floor...to avoid the dog's skid marks.

Heh - that basically looks like a full ROM bench press without the bench once he elevates his hips.

I suspect they both have impacted anal glands.
