I wanted to get your thoughts on Matt Stone from 180DegreeHealth.com (http://www.180degreehealth.com/) He offers a free membership, but there still isn't boatloads of real information available on this site without buying one of his e-books.

The stuff I did read by him a while back when it was free was pretty much like this guest article here:
http://www.fathead-movie.com/index.php/2010/02/04/guest-post-matt-stone-of-180degreehealth/
I think his quote of his blog being a "a sanctuary for low-carbers in metabolic rehab" pretty much sums up everything I've read in the past from him, that carbs are not evil (the non-processed kind that is).
I also quoted some of his stuff in this article as well:
http://www.fitnessspotlight.com/2009/08/03/carb-diets-overrated-part-ii-kitavan-okinawa-diets/
Outside of that, I honestly don't know what else he talks about in his membership site and ebooks.

Dr. Harris on his PaNu blog just took him on. You can read it here...

All the comments are worth reading more than the article itself.....good discussion going on there.
