Hi Everyone,
I have a quick question: will I be getting a balanced amount of hamstring:quad work by doing wider stance front squats, and will the strength I build carry over well to when im using a shoulder width stance while, say, pushing on something heavy?

PS. If your wondering why I dont just do low bar or high bar squats, its because I'm trying to work around a shoulder issue.
