Hello- I am new to catalyst athletics and wanted to clarify how to interpret the workout of the day reps/sets.
For Example today is:
Clean & jerk - (75% x 1, 80% x 1) x 3
Clean deadlift - 110% (of clean) x 2 x 3
Back squat - 87% x 1 x 5
Russian twist - 3 x 20/side
Does that mean clean and jerk= 1 set of 1 rep at 75% then 1 set of 1 rep at 80%?
Clean deadlift= 2 sets first set would be 2 reps second would be 3 reps?
Please enlighten me I would greatly appreciate it.
