Hey guys, I have read countless high bar squat threads on here to try get a good idea how to squat high bar properly. my knees drag out over toes and im trying to sit straight down and my back is kept straight.
To me it feels like im doing it right but im hoping maybe someone with a more experienced eye than me can give me a few pointers.
Cheers brad

Hard to really tell from that angle, angle from the front would be good but I think you could stand to tighten your body more and sit further back when you squat down. I could not good a good look at where your knees were going. Looked like you were looking up on the ascent and leaning to far forward, keep your eyes focused on something straight ahead of you and keep your chest up throughout the movement to keep from leaning over too much.
Thats all I really noticed though. Hope that helps.

Relax, your good to go. only thing you need to focus on improving is getting more weight on the bar.

You slide forward at the bottom coming out of the hole. They might need to be that far out to get out of the hole, but get them there during the descent.
