Hey,
I'm currently working on getting into the right positions för the start and the 2nd pull. I took some screenshots from my training today when doing halting deadlifts.
Feel free to come with critique with how my positioning looks.

I think you might find the 2nd pull position a little high. After practicing hang cleans you might find that you want to target a point just above your knee. Looks like you've got a nice setup, just don't drop the weight haha.

Haha. Well as my understanding is from the book (Greg's 2nd edition) you want the scoop to occur around mid thigh. And I think that's about where the bar is on the 2nd picture.
So I want the extension to take place as high as possible. I have a tedency to scoop too early but I'm aware of it now and working on it.

Simon -
Looks good - you're right about the mid-thigh position.

Possibly lean over the bar a little further (in the 1st pull), what do you guys think?
