Anybody have any insight as to how to program specifically to increase one's vertical? Exercises I can think of off the top of my head include:

.
Clean
Back Squat
Box Jump
Knee Jumps
Box Jumps
Kettlebell swings


Anybody have any programming suggestions? I was thinking something along the lines of westsides plans?

Depth drops and jumps, bounding, repeated broad jumps across a room. Westside makes people more explosive squatters, not necessarily jumpers.

Yeah, i was referring more along the lines of alternating explosive days with strength days.

kelly baggett has a vertical jump guide that's supposed to have a good record.
assess yourself, then program around that. Google it.

Yeah when I was googling for programs that was one of the results I got however I wasent sure if it was reliable. Getting it referred on here gives me some comfort. Ill def. check it out. Thank you.
