Hi all!!
36years old master lifter,self-taugth,doing the sport since April 2009,best competition pb's 70kg snatch/90kg jerk.
I'm returning to training after holidays, not going over 75% max,as i'm seeing this as an oportunity to correct some major flaws.
I'm tall,so i have some issues on the correct body positioning although it has improved.
My main problems are rounding of the low back and not pulling the knees back on the first pull, which causes the bar to come a bit forward when leaving the floor.

Snatch pulls : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7mLDrQW0BF0
Sorry for the time lost looking at the nerd who doesn´t know how to use straps:o
But when i'm doing snatch pulls,it seems i'm doing it rigth??? Maybe i'm answering my own questions, but to get a better back arch i should start the snatch with higher hips??
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Helder
