Since I was working on my planche progression the other day, I have been experiencing sharp pain on the lateral side of my wrist whenever pressure is placed on my palm. I continued my work out and noticed that any type of lever activity on the rings ( pulling) did not bother it. However pushing does. Should I continue to train pulling movements and take it easy on planche and handstands for awhile? Any advice?
