Guys, i live Brasil and in month of december i quick pass in Nashville/TN - Forthworth / Texas and NYC and i need a suggest gym / place for training and place for just know with good coachs etc..

Maybe CF too but without Cf bullshit

There's Lost Battalion Hall in Queens for weightlifting. I'll be at CrossFit South Brooklyn or the South Brooklyn WLC while I'm home on break if you wanted someone to train with. Both places are no BS with regards to lifting.

You'll be very hard pressed to find any place in Manhattan that lets you drop weights.
