That is awesome. That's some serious explosive power, and the best part is that he probably wasn't even trying, he was just excited. How high do you guy think that was?

Yeah man its incredible. I asked him a few weeks ago on this facebook about his VJ, and he said he hasn't tested his standing vertical in about 4-5 years, but back then it was 38in. hahaha So I imagine a good 40in.

Yea thats what I was thinking. Pretty incredible what serious weightlifting can do. Thanks for the video Andrew.
