Just started the intermediate program, from gregs book, last week. Its 2 weeks followed by an unloading week....

My question is- when starting from week one again, do I add 5 lbs to all my lifts from week one of the previous cycle?

For example- monday has 5x5 at 75% of push press. Since I dont retest a 1rm should i add 5 lbs every cycle?

Do week 1. One week 2, add as much weight as you can. Back off week 3. Week 4, add weight from week 2. Week 5, add weight from week 4. Week 6, back off. Basically you're going to repeat that 2 loading weeks and 1 light week as many times as you can while making progress.
