1. bridges, front and back
2. headstands
3. lying on back: chin to chest, chin to shoulder, ear to shoulders
4. lying on stomach, hyperextensions
5. head harnesses
6. isometric presses against head using hands or towel
7. neck isolation machine

is this all there really is for neck training? i've looked on the internet and not found anything else. i've got some bad weaknesses here that cause injuries. i'm going to a PT again, and we're trying to fix some lower trap, rhomboid, and serratus anterior issues, but meanwhile my neck gets so tired in the process and i think i need to get it stronger before i can handle the other ones better.

i'm not including shrugs because mine apparently are overactive and fire too much

Raphael Ruiz out of 1441S&C and crossfit football uses neck strengthening with a lot of his athletes, might try to shoot him and email for some advice.

Wow, I just looked at this. Kettlebell teeth swings - good luck!

After developing awesome neck strength you must be photographed to look like a dream sequence from Jacob's Ladder.

In other news, Ross Enamait has a new dvd out:
