I've finally been given the green light to start training again. I am 12 weeks post op to repair a torn pectoral tendon.

I've been in PT for 8 weeks, and will continue for another 4. My ROM is nearly 100% with the exception of slight limitations of my rotator cuff. That should be resolved in the next few months.

To reacquaint my body with training I'm planning on doing a full body circuit 3 days a week for the next month or two. 2-3 rounds of 10-12 exercises. 15 reps per station. Obviously I'm going to be going very light, and build weight over the months. I know specifically I want to warm up and strengthen my rotator cuff. Any thoughts on specific exercises, or does it not matter much at this point, being so early in my rebuilding?

any feedback is appreciated!

Everett's 12 week technique program from the book plus some salt and pepper would be great for rehab. Good luck to you, fix it right!
