I strained my knee, but there is no swelling. I have continued to do flexibility, light squatting, but I'm not O'lifting. Do you recommend laying off completely or continuing to try and work through it?

Never work through injuries.

See a ortho though... unless you want to provide more information at which at best i can make a guess at what it is.
