Hey guys,

My name is Hugo and I am a 20yr old (aspiring) powerlifter. My RMs are: 175/120/210. I weight around 90kgs.

I have tried several training routines, I am currently following HP Mass (https://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/most_recent/look_like_a_bodybuilder_perform_like_an_athlete&cr=) from T-Nation.

I'll leave you with today's session:


HP Mass Week #4 Lower body pressing (MTW + 2.5kg)

SQ: 132.5kg, 112.5kg, 122.5kg, 132.5kg, 112.5kg
DL: 155kg, 135kg, 145kg, 155kg, 135kg

(all for 3 reps)
