I've been slowly adding more olympic lifts to my routine over the last 3 months. I started with 2 days a week; 1 day clean and Jerk, the other day Snatch. Now, I'm working 4 days a week 2 days dedicated to snatch and/or snatch accessory lifts, the other 2 days to C/J and/or accessory lifts.
I've made some nice progress:
My max snatch was 70kg in April, 80kg last week
My max Clean and Jerk was 99 Kg in April, 108Kg last week.
I'm about to go on a 3 week vacation. Should I take 3 weeks off?
I would stay active with body weight exercises and some running. But I feel that my lifting would take a serious step backwards.
