Short stepping it a little in the jerk...
With the jerk, if you use the 1/4 squat as the main forcer (no pressing) and learn that the leg movement and feet separation in the split jerk is more a way to change levels and get under the bar rather a super press, like so

the jerks will come alot easier.
You'll see in these videos the main forcer causing the bar to rise in free air is solely from the 1/4 squat, and split jerk with both lifters is almost like a lunge under/drop under. if that makes sense

Brian,
First thing...please invest in some weightlifting shoes. You can't possibly have a solid platform lifting in slippas. Clean technique is not bad. Your rear foot lands a little flat and you need a little more drive up with the bar in your jerk. Some of these problems would be erased with the proper footwear.

Thanks.
So guys, what kind of drills would you recommend to improve my split-jerk? Here's my most recent video:

Clean was better. Too bad about missing the jerk.
Did you go onto jerk it off camera ?

I tried, but failed worse. Legs were then tired and did not have enough energy to generate force.
Tomorrow is the day that I will try this again.

Your not sitting back on your heels in the first dip of the jerk. Could be due to your flip flops.
