Can Stevia substitute for agave nectar in the chocolate balls recipe from the december issue?

Works for me. Use 3 tsp's of stevia as a sub for the agave or 1/3 cup of cooking splenda. Both are agreeable.

Which stevia product are you using? Some are highly concentrated and 3tsp would be enough for a 5 gallon bucket!

what is stevia's impact on insulin? I have searched but found allot of conflicting info. I use the stuff allot. Stevia + cap full of apple cider vinegar and water is very tasty.

Stevia Liquid Extract from NOW. A serving size of 4 drops is .13 mL.
Mistakenly used an entire packet in my morning coffee first time trying stevia. Let's just say I wasted the entire cup. Bitter was an understatement ha.

I'm using Sweet Leaf Stevia Plus. It's in packets.
