View Full Version : Day 3 of Strength and Power Programming

I just finished day 3 of the programming in the Olympic Weightlifting book by Greg and team. First of all I absolutely love it. I'm a typical Crossfitter looking to mix things up a little since I've been flat for the last month or so. I know most people on here are anti chronic cardio which I may or may not be running into. Regardless, I'm making a change to this program for at least 4 weeks and cutting my Crossfit down to 1 or 2 days a week. My starting numbers, if that matters: 365lbs back squat, 315lbs front squat, 195lbs split snatch, 275lbs power clean (255lbs squat clean, yeah, don't ask :)), deadlift 510lbs. I'll be checking back in several weeks from now with any new numbers assuming I make a run at any new PRs. I will admit, the programming didn't look that tough on paper but it is quite taxing. Looking forward to my day off and my new friend the ice bath. :)
