Finished week 2 of this cycle. After finishing the snatch section of the last day of week 2, I felt pretty good and got a PR by 10lbs. I had to take a few days off because my patella tendonitis flared up and I've been icing and mobilizing like crazy..With the start of week 3, should I use my old PR or my new PR for the %'s?
