Looks good. Hard to see for sure with your shirt hanging like it is, but it looks like you're getting a big chest-breath and not filling your stomach - expand you abs and fill your lungs completely before tightening down. Other than that, it will keep getting better and more consistent rep to rep as you get more practice.

Thanks for the quick reply! The only thing I notice is the bar dipping forward a little out of the hole. Is this normal? Should I do anything to correct it?

That's just a bit of inconsistently on your position and timing from rep to rep and a bit of fatigue. It's also really minor. But if you want to get rid of it quickly, get rid of the bounce out of the bottom and you'll be able to keep more tension on and maintain your position a little better.

Thanks a lot for the tips. I'll work on that. It really is awesome that coaches like yourself help out people you don't even know. Thanks for the time. I really enjoyed your book as well.

Greg-

As a follow up, I wanted to post a warmup set of my squats. I may seem nit-picky, but I want to make sure I have the correct form in my mind. Obviously this is a light weight, but is the form correct? Would you fix anything? I've been working on not just filling my chest when I inhale, but it is a very ingrained habit of mine.
