Hi all,

Just a quick question on Green Tea supplementation.

In my quest to get leaner ive started experimenting with it.

Has anyone used Green Tea supp's to help get leaner?

In saying this my diet is very dialed in. Very strict Paleo. Mostly grass fed meat, lift heavy weights, lots of walking etc.

So will the green tea supp help me lean out a tad more or more easily combined with the above kind of diet and exercise?

I'm assuming by green tea supp you mean some type of pill. I can't say that is a good route to go. I'd personally go with adding unsweetened brewed green tea to your daily routine.

Hey Brook, you can continue with your Green Tea supplementation since it helps in a great way to keep your weight under control. It helps in weight loss and also for many health benefits.

A lot of people have benefited from Green Tea and they continue to make use of this.
