I have lost 35 pounds in 3 months eating a diet consisting of mostly grains, vegetables, some fruit and nuts. My strength levels are still high and I have never felt better. If you are still stuck in this same cycle of dropping 5 and gaining 10 try dumping the meat and see what happens. You'd be amazed.
