I am partically happy with my start position and first pull on the lighter weights. When it gets more heavy I tend to change my back angle a bit. I guess it just weakness. More snatch deadlift perhaps.

Honestly, your snatches look great! Work on some heaving snatch balances and get really aggressive in the catch. Otherwise, keep it up!

Pull looks great, BUT your feet remain in the same place when you drop under the bar. I think this is what's limiting your pull-under. Let your feet move out to the side a bit and I think this will make getting under the bar a lot easier. You look like your a bit bound up in the bottom position with your feet that close together.
Drop snatches focusing on letting your feet move out when you drop under the weight will help!! Just my opinion, though

Yes, I see that feet thing now. That is something I have started with recently. Drop snatches and snatch balances will be incorporated in my program.

Tobias, you are obviously getting an efficient pull because of your long levers, and from looking at your other videos you are getting a lot out of your strength levels, well done.
I think you just need to work on being aggressive and fast under the bar. The tempo of your lifts is quite constant, I think your lifts would improve if you got faster after your hip shot and pulled your body down to your bottom position.
As has been mentioned, mix in snatch balances and maybe some snatch high pulls keeping your elbows high and outside. I also notices you tend to ride your warmup sets down, you could work on your speed under in these sets by meeting everything at rock bottom. Try not to cut short your pull, and bring it all together as the weight increases.
They do look really good though, well done.

Thanks for great pointers. I need to get stronger, that is for sure. I will try to meet the bar lower on lighter weights. As you say, now I almost powersnatch it and the ride it down.
