Looks ok to me, but your hips do shoot up a bit. You could work on getting tighter on the start. I think you might need to use heavier weight to really see any issues.

Works for me. That amount of hip leading is going to pretty much be unavoidable at weights like that - it's pretty minor. Just watch that your knees don't get soft in the top - lock them out with your hips.
