Just a quick question. When the program asks for 3RM for a lift such as Clean, as these touch and go, or finish the lift, drop weight and reset and go.

Just want to make sure I'm testing properly.

It would make sense that for the olympic lifts, the latter is correct and for the power lifts, the former is correct.

Reset each rep. Don't take forever, but don't touch and go. Only as long as you need to do it right.
