You can now embed your youtube videos right in your post. At the far right of the top buttons in the text editor is a white square that says "YT" - wrap those tags around just the ID of the youtube video, and it will show up in the post.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eJ_BrOp49P4Paste the ID - eJ_BrOp49P4, highlight, then click the YT button to wrap the youtube code around it.

The cleans look good. It looks like you have a slight elbow bend on the extension but I'm sure that's something you're aware of. You may have slightly shortened your extension on the 2nd 160. Also, instead of dropping underneath the bar (sending your elbows back and around the bar), try actively pulling yourself straight down until your shoulders meet the bar (elbows straight up and then quickly punching them around the bar).
On the jerk you're reaching too far with the back foot which is pulling your hips back from being underneath the bar. Your knee on the back leg is too straight. You want the back knee bent enough to the point where your femur is vertical (perpendicular to the floor). This causes your weight to shift forward too much. The combination of these two issues is the reason why you're dropping your jerks forward. The weight looks easy for you.
I would suggest doing some jerk balances and split push presses. Focus on putting a little more weight on the back leg. And try to get someone to look and see if your femur is vertical.
