View Full Version : Following the workouts without weekends?

Hi,

I'm normally unable to get to the gym over the weekends, does anyone have any suggestions for how to take that into account when following the daily programming? I.e. If there's 2 days you can usually fold into one or one day you find easier to skip than others if necessary. I know its a broad question but I'm hoping there are others who've been in a similar situation. Thanks.

Thursdays are usually a ligher/easier day, so you may be able to just do Sat's workout on Fri, although you may be a bit beat up. You can add some of Thur's work to Tue as long as it doesn't get out of hand, bc tue should also be a relatively easy day.

Thanks Greg, I'll try adding some of Thursday to Tuesday and doing Mo/Tues/Wed/Fri.
