Hey guys, looking for some input on how to schedule my training.
For the next six weeks I only have access to Oly platforms on Tuesday and Thursday nights. The other 5 days of the week I have access to a gym where I can only do bodybuilding/powerlifting.
I'm still a beginner and could stand to work on some basic strength anyway, so this might be a blessing in disguise. Any suggestions for programming?
I'm thinking:
Monday: Upper body strength work
Tuesday: Snatch, pulls, back squat
Wed: Rest/Recovery
Thursday: C+J, pulls, front squat
Friday: Upper body strength work
Saturday: Squaturday
