MCL tear recovery time

I have a Dr. appointment Monday and I believe I have some degree of MCL tear. Has anyone on here had their knee scoped? I'm curious about the length of recovery?

P.S.- note to self, don't twist at the bottom of the snatch trying to save it. :)
