A good article for those that have to run for your job i.e. military/LE or for those that just love to run.

This is something I've personally struggled with as when I start running a lot my in the gym time suffers and when I spend too much time in the gym my running suffers. Maybe one day when I retire out of the Army I can consider no more running but until then I try to make the best of both worlds.

Good article for those of us who would like to just lift, but have other conflicting training needs. Food for thought/planning. Thanks, Allen.
